Terms & Conditions
- All rates are in Singapore Dollars and subject to 7% GST
- Daycare is open to all dog guests which pass our temperament evaluation test & vaccination requirements
- Daycare timing is from 7.30am to 7.30pm Monday to Friday. Weekends & Public Holidays from 8.30am to 7.30pm. Pets not collected by 7.30pm will be considered overnight guest and will be charge at additional night stay
- Daycare packages must be paid in full & applicable on seasonal periods. 5 Days Package is valid for 6 months and 20 days package is available for 12 months
- Packages are non-re-fundable, have no cash value and non-transferable to any other family member or friend. Packages may not be used with any other discount programs; coupons or offers and all rates are subjected to changes without notice
- Prior to booking, pet owners are deem agree to all terms and conditions as per the Pet Policy and Spa Agreement stated on the bottom of the website
- Daycare is limited in size. Pet owners are strongly encouraged to make reservations in advance to avoid disappointment and priority goes to pet guests with standing reservations.
